The one thing every belly dancer has within her wardrobe (I believe) is a
beautiful scarf or two. Some of us seem to have them enough for a collection...
But is there only one 'right' way to drape a scarf?
Heavens forbid it ever comes to that!
So here's a collection of ways to drape a scarf or two, occasionally aided
by the skills of a seamstress, that either I have found out, fooling with my
lovely scarves, or that have been suggested by others.
I have used both triangular and rectangular scarves (and, occasionally, squares,
too) with these; for added decor and/or noise, use scarves decorated with coins,
beads or bells...
But by all means, experiment! Use whatever scarves or veils or lovely pieces
of fabric you have available and fool with them freely!
Links lead to instructions. Pictures will be present once they've been
edited into web-form.
